FS Teacher

About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced FS Teacher to join a leading early years educational environment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education and be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons and activities in line with the Early Years curriculum.Create a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain accurate learning records.Develop creative learning activities that encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence.Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and progress.Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team.Ensure safeguarding, health, safety, and child protection standards are maintained at all times.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.Relevant teaching qualification/certification is highly preferred.Proven experience working with children in the Foundation Stage / Early Years.Strong knowledge of early childhood development and teaching practices.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.English speaker.Warm, patient, creative, and child-focused approach.Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
