FS Teacher – Early Years

About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced FS Teacher to join a well-established British nursery in Downtown Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.Observe, assess, and document children's progress and developmental milestones.Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.Encourage creativity, independence, and positive behaviour through play-based learning.Maintain effective classroom management and ensure children's safety and well-being.Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant field; PGCE or CACHE Level 3 qualification is an advantage, as applicable.Previous experience teaching in a nursery, FS, or early years setting.Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
