ImaginXP aims to be a one-stop solution for future-skills education and to contribute meaningfully to national development through PAN-India reach.Role Description The Full Stack Development (FSD) Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The faculty member will be responsible for planning and delivering lectures, labs, and project-based learning modules in full stack development, following ImaginXP’s industry-led curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, mentoring learners on assignments and capstone projects, and providing academic guidance and feedback. The role also involves evaluating student performance, maintaining academic records, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and contributing to continuous curriculum improvement. The faculty member is expected to engage with industry trends, participate in internal training, and support activities such as workshops, seminars, and placement readiness initiatives.Qualifications Strong proficiency in core web development technologies, such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).Hands-on experience with back-end development using languages and frameworks like Node.js, Java/Spring, Python/Django or Flask, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices.Practical knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic deployment and hosting on cloud or on-premise environments.Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured learning content, including lesson plans, assignments, and projects tailored to diverse learner levels.Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in academic or corporate settings, with strong classroom management and learner engagement skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and support learners with constructive feedback.Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging trends and tools in full stack development and related technologies.Master’s or Bachelor
