ImaginXP aims to be a one-stop solution for future-skills education while contributing to national development through employable, industry-ready graduates.Role Description The FSD Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The faculty member will design and deliver classroom sessions in Full Stack Development, ensuring that course content is aligned with industry requirements and academic standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching theoretical and practical concepts, guiding learners through projects and assignments, and conducting assessments and evaluations. The role also involves mentoring students on career pathways, collaborating with academic and industry partners to keep the curriculum updated, and participating in academic reviews, workshops, and faculty meetings. The FSD Faculty is expected to contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methods, support learner engagement and outcomes, and uphold ImaginXP’s quality standards in higher education.Qualifications Strong foundation in Full Stack Development, including front-end and back-end technologies, databases, and version control systems.Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and relevant frameworks commonly used in web or application development.Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and academic delivery for technical subjects or related fields.Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, using practical examples, projects, and real-world case studies.Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in higher education or professional learning environments is highly beneficial.Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse learners and colleagues.Comfort with using digital tools, learning management systems, and e-learning platforms to support teaching and assessment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.Industry experience in software development or related roles is an added advantage.
