You will help ensure customer orders are processed accurately, stock information remains up to date, and fulfillment activities move smoothly across internal teams, warehouses, and logistics partners.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international e-commerce, fulfillment networks, inventory systems, and supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day order fulfillment and e-commerce operations.Monitor customer orders from order receipt through processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery.Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Maintain accurate order, inventory, shipment, and fulfillment records.Monitor stock availability and identify shortages, discrepancies, or fulfillment risks.Track shipments, delivery status, exceptions, delays, and unresolved orders.Assist with order changes, cancellations, returns, replacements, and fulfillment-related customer requests.Prepare and maintain fulfillment reports, order trackers, shipping documentation, and operational records.Reconcile order and inventory information across e-commerce, ERP, WMS, or fulfillment platforms.Identify opportunities to improve order accuracy, processing times, inventory visibility, delivery performance, and overall fulfillment efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, E-Commerce, Operations, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce operations, logistics, inventory, supply chain, or a related function is preferred.Strong understanding of order processing, inventory coordination, fulfillment workflows, shipping, returns, and delivery operations.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, ERP/WMS systems, order management systems, spreadsheets, and logistics tracking tools.Strong attention to detail when handling orders, customer information, inventory, and shipment records.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate fulfillment issues.Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple orders and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong coordination abilities.Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of order accuracy and delivery expectations.Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and fulfillment responsibilities.Exposure to international e-commerce, order management, inventory, and logistics operations.Opportunities to strengthen fulfillment coordination, inventory management, order processing, and supply chain skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in e-commerce and operational improvement initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on order accuracy, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
