Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist

Role Description The Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist at Cecoma Angola is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves preparing and packing customer orders accurately, ensuring items are labeled, organized, and ready for dispatch. The specialist updates and monitors inventory levels, assists with basic stock control tasks, and supports the sales team by coordinating order fulfillment and addressing order-related queries. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer inquiries about orders, resolving minor issues, and collaborating with colleagues to meet delivery timelines and quality standards. The role requires consistent documentation of fulfilled orders and adherence to company procedures for handling products and customer information.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong packing skills, with attention to detail and care in handling products.Candidates should possess customer service and sales skills to support order processing and client communication.Candidates should possess inventory management and inventory control skills to maintain accurate stock records and support efficient operations.Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets or inventory software.Candidates should possess good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work both on-site in Abu Dhabi and remotely.Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, warehousing, or fulfillment operations is beneficial.Ability to lift and move packages within reasonable weight limits and follow safety guidelines is preferred.
