📦 Role DescriptionAs a Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist, you will support the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders from order receipt through picking, packing, shipping, and delivery. 🚚 You will help ensure that orders are processed on time, inventory information is accurate, and fulfillment activities meet operational and customer requirements.You will coordinate with warehouse, inventory, logistics, customer service, and operations teams to monitor order status, resolve fulfillment issues, and maintain efficient workflows. 🤝 You will also track shipments, update order information, investigate discrepancies, and support daily fulfillment reporting.The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. 🔍 You will help identify process gaps, improve order accuracy, and support efficient fulfillment operations to deliver a reliable customer experience.🎓 Qualifications🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.📦 Understanding of order fulfillment, inventory, warehousing, shipping, and distribution processes.🛒 Ability to manage and monitor customer orders throughout the fulfillment cycle.📊 Strong organizational and data-handling skills with attention to accuracy.💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP, WMS, OMS, or order-processing systems is an advantage.🔍 Ability to identify order discrepancies, inventory issues, shipment delays, and fulfillment errors.🚚 Understanding of shipping processes, delivery schedules, and logistics coordination.🤝 Strong coordination skills when working with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and operations teams.🗣️ Good written and verbal communication skills.📝 Ability to maintain accurate order records, documentation, and operational reports.⏱️ Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.⚠️ Ability to respond quickly and effectively to fulfillment issues and changing requirements.🎯 Strong customer-focused and quality-oriented mindset.💡 Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and increasing order accuracy.🔄 Adaptability and willingness to learn new fulfillment technologies and operational systems.🚀 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
