Fulfillment Capacity Strategy Expert

Responsibilities:Be responsible for fulfillment capacity levels; design capacity models tailored to different stages of business development; set capacity targets based on order volume forecasts; and develop capacity growth and retention strategies;Be responsible for the quality of fulfillment capacity; design capacity management rules in line with business development needs; develop solutions for issues such as rider attendance, equipment, order refusals, handling of delivery anomalies, and management of rider-initiated cancellation reasons; collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive implementation of these solutions and establish a competitive advantage in capacity quality;Be responsible for fulfillment costs; within the constraints of user experience, leverage strategies such as scheduling, pricing, and ETA coordination in conjunction with capacity models to improve delivery labor efficiency and optimize fulfillment costs;Oversee operational activities supporting strategy implementation, such as market research, frontline engagement, and information coordination.QualificationsBasic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher.Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in internet platform operations, strategy analysis, or the logistics and delivery industry.
