Bollman’s leading brands include Helen Kaminski www.helenkaminski.com, Bailey www.baileyhats.com, Kangol www.kangol.comand www.hats.com.We are excited to announce an immediate full-time opening for a Fulfillment Manager in our Distribution Center.POSITION SUMMARYEmployees working in the Fulfillment Manager position will be responsible for, but not be limited to:Leading daily fulfillment operations across Distribution facilities;Planning workload, establishing order priorities, and deploying labor to meet customer service commitments;Ensuring customer orders are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and invoiced accurately and on time;Directly supervising Distribution Leads and supporting the development of frontline leadership;Monitoring service, productivity, attendance, quality, safety, and customer compliance performance;Coordinating with Customer Service, Inventory Control, and Distribution leadership to resolve operational issues and maintain service levels.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSLead daily fulfillment operations across Distribution facilities and establish priorities based on customer demand, workload, and service requirements.Ensure customer orders are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and invoiced accurately and in accordance with customer requirements and company service expectations.Monitor workload, staffing levels, productivity, and operational risks; adjust labor deployment as necessary to meet customer commitments.Directly manage Distribution Leads and provide coaching, direction, performance feedback, and development support.Hold Distribution Leads accountable for safety, productivity, service, quality, and employee engagement.Manage daily staffing assignments, attendance, and workforce.Monitor SLA attainment, on-time shipping, fulfillment accuracy, productivity, labor utilization, and quality impacts.Address performance concerns through coaching and corrective action and support hourly employee performance reviews in partnership with the Assistant Director of Distribution.Coordinate with Customer Service regarding customer requirements, priority shipments, and service recovery efforts.Ensure customer-specific fulfillment and shipping requirements are communicated effectively and executed accurately.Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure orders are prepared and staged according to carrier schedules and requirements.Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company policies, operating procedures, and safety requirements.Support safety training, incident investigations, and implementation of corrective actions.Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment processes, productivity, quality, and service; recommend improvements and support implementation of approved initiatives.Conduct regular meetings with Distribution Leads to review workload, staffing, performance, operational priorities, and business updates.Communicate departmental goals, service expectations, operational priorities, and company updates throughout the Distribution organization.Escalate significant service risks, transportation concerns, customer compliance issues, and operational challenges to the Assistant Director of Distribution.Other duties/tasks as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESCommunicationAbility to effectively communicate with a variety of people, including employees, managers, colleagues, visitors, and guests using understandable language skills verbally, in reading, written work and comprehension;Communication must be professional and customer service focused;Must be able to read and communicate in English.SkillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret directives and instructions;Data entry and strong Excel spreadsheet skills;Ability to perform mathematical calculations;Ability to perform data analysis;Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently;Ability to learn the required tasks/duties assignedEmployment ExperienceSpecific distribution experience not required, but desirable.Ability to commute/relocate:Adamstown, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Become an owner and share in the success of our Company.
