Fulfillment Operations Assistant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibility 1: Manage Online Operations process at stores- Control and improve Online Store workflow. Monitor and enhance operational indicators (on-time rate, orders, complaints, order adjustment rate).- Establish evaluation criteria and improve the performance of the operator, pick-pack, and delivery staff.- Communicate with relevant departments to improve online operations, enhance personnel productivity, create effective layouts, and increase order fulfillment efficiency.- Implement training programs to enhance employee skills- Review and improve operational guideline documents.- Monitor third-party performance, propose solutions, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.- Coordinate to improve features of Pick Pack App, Delivery App, DMS, and OMS.- Conduct onsite store checks and provide operational support, staff training.Responsibility 2: Plan and deploy new services- Plan expansion and propose solutions to improve operational equipment.- Coordinate with relevant departments to set up the layout and online ISP in the operation area.- Develop standard store evaluation criteria, including volume, manpower, area, and equipment.- Prepare progress and improvement result reports.- Coordinate with relevant teams to implement new services, evaluate, and propose improvements.- Other tasks assigned by the line managerResponsibility 3: Data Analysis & Logistics Cost Efficiency- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency gaps and capacity constraints.- Evaluate cost drivers and resource utilization across Online fulfillment operations.- Propose data-driven adjustments to improve cost efficiency and operational scalability.- Monitor logistics partner performance and service quality.QUALIFICATION:- College/University Diploma or any degree equivalent to those above.- 3+ years of online work experience.Major: E-commerce, Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalentKnowledge- Understand the e-commerce or logistics industry.- Understand operation and customer service in general.- Have good knowledge of planning or project management.- Experience in warehouse management, fulfillment center management is an advantage.Necessary skills- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills- Time commitment- Have a carefulness, patience, willing to learn attitude- Able to work well under high pressure.Other special requests- Ready to work overtime (less) and business travel- English communication is preferable.BENEFITS:- 13th-month salary +- 12 days of leave/year- Social insurance pays more than 100% of the total salary- PTI Healthcare Insurance package- Lunch allowance 50,000 VND/day- KPI bonuses twice a year- Bonus on holidays according to the company's policy- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM
