Build AI features that people will actually use.WAW Group Global is looking for a Full Stack AI Developer to help build and integrate AI-powered features into our CRM platform.You’ll work across the frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and AI integrations, turning business requirements into reliable, production-ready features.What You’ll Work OnBuild and integrate AI-powered features into our CRM platformDevelop full-stack applications using Python and React/Next.jsIntegrate LLMs and AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similarBuild and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and database integrationsDevelop features such as AI-generated replies, conversation summaries, recommendations, OCR/document extraction, workflow assistance, and business insightsWork with PostgreSQL and cloud-based environmentsTest, troubleshoot, deploy, and improve AI features in productionCollaborate with developers, QA, project leads, and other technical team membersWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of relevant software development experienceStrong Python development experienceExperience with FastAPI, Django, or similar backend frameworksExperience with React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworksStrong understanding of REST APIs and relational databasesHands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI services into applicationsExperience with Git/GitHubComfortable building both frontend and backend functionalityAble to translate requirements into practical technical solutionsExperience with RAG, vector databases, AI agents, prompt engineering, Redis/Celery, WebSockets, Docker, CI/CD, OCR, or Google Cloud is a plus
