Full Stack-AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack AI Developer to join our development team and build intelligent applications that support business analysis and decision-making. The role combines full-stack software development with Generative AI technologies to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI-powered solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using Spring Boot, Angular, and Python.Build and integrate AI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar technologies.Develop intelligent solutions that help users analyze cases, leverage historical knowledge, and identify relevant recommendations.Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and knowledge augmentation techniques.Build AI workflows using LangChain, Agentic AI frameworks, or similar orchestration tools.Apply software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and microservices architecture.Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend and frontend components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and code reviews.Debug and resolve application issues and provide support for delivered features.Deploy, maintain, and monitor applications in production environments.Contribute to the continuous improvement of application performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.Apply MLOps practices to support AI model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field.4–6 years of professional software development experience, with mandatory hands-on full-stack development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Angular, and Python.Practical experience developing both backend services and frontend applications.Experience working with Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs), such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar.Good understanding of SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design, and microservices architecture.Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and knowledge augmentation techniques.Familiarity with LangChain, Agentic AI frameworks, or similar AI orchestration tools.Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployment.Understanding of MLOps practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good spoken and written English.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.Preferred Academic BackgroundGraduates from the following universities are preferred:American University of Beirut (AUB)Lebanese American University (LAU)University of Balamand (UOB)École Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Beyrouth (ESIB)Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK)Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM)Antonine UniversityNotre Dame University–Louaize (NDU)
