Location: Pune, IndiaProbation: 6 monthsSkills:Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.Hands-on experience developing modern web applications using Next.js and React.Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI.Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, database design, query optimization and ORM frameworks.Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar into production applications.Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for AI agents, workflows, chatbot orchestration, and multi-step reasoning.Experience implementing RAG, prompt engineering, guardrails, memory, and tool/function calling.Familiarity with Vector Databases and vector search technologies.Experience implementing WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time AI chat and streaming responses.Experience with Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, GCP, or Vercel.Knowledge of authentication (JWT/OAuth), API security, data privacy, RBAC, and scalable system architecture.Finance Domain Knowledge: Understanding of financial processes such as payroll, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, expense management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial data analysis.Experience building AI-powered applications or automation solutions for finance-related workflows is preferred.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills with experience delivering production-ready AI applications.Others: Fluent English (Mandatory), Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders, Experience in finance, financial data, or regulated business processes preferred.Job Overview:CT Automotive Group is a UK-headquartered supplier of high-quality interior components to the global automotive industry, with manufacturing facilities in China, Turkey and Mexico.This role is for an AI engineer who can take ownership of AI systems end-to-end from architecture and experimentation to production-ready deployment.
