Full-Stack AI Engineer

What we learn goes into the AI products we ship to real businesses.THE ROLEWe are looking for a full-stack engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is AI-heavy, and it is built on real software engineering. You will build and look after the software behind our AI agents and products, and you will make sure it keeps working. AI moves fast, and you will move with it.WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and ship features across our AI products, from idea to production
• Work with language model and agents every day, and connect them into reliable systems
• Design, build and improve agentic systems: AI agents that do real work
• Make sound technical decisions: how the system is structured, how the parts fit together, and how it will hold up as it grows
• Follow new AI models, tools and methods, and bring the useful ones into our work
• Use AI coding tools throughout your workday, and help the team use them better
• Keep live products healthy: fix bugs, handle issues quickly, and update dependencies and infrastructure
• Test your own work and the work of others, with automated and manual tests
• Find problems before customers do, and make sure they don't come back
• Switch between projects and priorities as the company needsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (MUST HAVE)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: you understand core concepts such as data structures, system design, APIs, databases, version control, testing, security basics and clean, maintainable code.
• Deep, current AI knowledge. You use AI tools every day, you know the latest models and tools, and you can explain what works and what doesn't.
• Experience with agentic systems: agents, tool calling, and AI workflows that do multi-step tasks
• Hands-on work with LLM APIs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI or similar) and AI coding assistants in your daily work
• Strong maintenance and QA skills: you write tests, review code carefully, and take pride in stable software
• Monitoring, uptime and incident handling
• Startup mindset: you are flexible and comfortable with change
• 3+ years building and shipping production software
• Experience with APIs, databases and cloud deployment
• Fluent English
• Currently living in the UAE with valid residenceWHAT WE OFFER
