Role DescriptionA Full-Stack / Backend Engineer develops and maintains scalable SaaS applications, APIs, and backend systems. The role works across software development, system integration, database management, and application performance to deliver reliable digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable SaaS applications and backend services.Build APIs, databases, integrations, and server-side applications.Develop and maintain frontend features when required.Write clean, secure, and maintainable code.Integrate third-party services, APIs, and business systems.Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve software bugs.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams.Participate in testing, code reviews, deployment, and system maintenance.Support continuous improvement of software architecture and development processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience in full-stack or backend software development.Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.Experience with REST APIs, databases, Git, cloud platforms, and SaaS applications.Understanding of frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular is advantageous.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently on project-based development tasks.Good communication and teamwork skills.Professional, technical, adaptable, and results-oriented approach.
