Role DescriptionA Full-Stack / Backend Engineer develops and maintains scalable SaaS applications, backend systems, APIs, and software solutions. The role focuses on building reliable applications, integrating systems, and delivering project-based technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain SaaS applications and backend services.Build APIs, databases, integrations, and server-side applications.Develop frontend features and user-facing functionality when required.Write clean, secure, scalable, and maintainable code.Integrate third-party services, APIs, and business systems.Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve software bugs.Collaborate with developers, product teams, designers, and stakeholders.Participate in testing, code reviews, deployment, and system maintenance.Support continuous improvement of software architecture and development processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience in full-stack or backend software development.Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.Experience with REST APIs, databases, Git, cloud platforms, and SaaS applications.Knowledge of React, Vue, Angular, or other frontend frameworks is advantageous.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently on project-based development tasks.Good communication and teamwork skills.Professional, adaptable, technical, and results-oriented approach.
