Role DescriptionA Full-Stack / Backend Engineer – Project-Based SaaS Development is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable SaaS applications and software solutions. The role works closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable backend services, APIs, databases, and user-facing features for project-based SaaS products.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable SaaS applications.Build and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and system integrations.Develop and enhance front-end features and user interfaces when required.Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features.Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code.Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external platforms.Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and production problems.Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and technical documentation.Support project-based development activities and contribute to continuous product improvements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience in full-stack or backend software development.Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or Node.js.Experience with REST APIs, databases, Git, and software development tools.Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular is an advantage.Experience with SaaS applications, cloud platforms, or microservices is preferred.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage project deadlines, and collaborate effectively with technical teams.Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-oriented approach.
