Role DescriptionA Full-Stack / Backend Engineer – Project-Based SaaS Development is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable SaaS applications and software solutions. The role works closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable backend services, APIs, databases, and user-facing features for project-based SaaS products.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable SaaS applications and software solutions.Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and system integrations.Build and support front-end features and user-facing functionality when required.Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver project requirements.Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code.Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external platforms into SaaS applications.Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and production-related problems.Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, documentation, and development processes.Support project-based SaaS development, feature enhancements, and continuous product improvements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience in full-stack, backend, software development, or SaaS application development.Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Node.js, or other relevant programming languages.Good knowledge of REST APIs, databases, Git, software development tools, and version control.Experience with React, Vue, Angular, or other front-end frameworks is an advantage.Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud services, microservices, or distributed systems is preferred.Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently, manage project deadlines, and collaborate effectively with technical teams.Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
