Full Stack Developer AI

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript, and build responsive front-end applications using Angular. Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate development, while reviewing AI-generated code for quality, security, and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub for version control, pull requests, and code reviews. Design and optimize MongoDB/Atlas databases, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, and secure data management. Participate in Agile development processes using Jira and deploy applications through CI/CD pipelines on AWS. Ensure code quality, application performance, scalability, and adherence to secure coding practices. QualificationsBachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Skills & Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in developing and deploying production-grade web applications. • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Angular or React. • Proficiency in using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI development platforms. • Experience with Git/GitHub, including branch management, pull requests, and code reviews. • Experience building at least one AI Agent or LLM-powered application, with a GitHub repository or project demonstration. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AWS, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of application security, field-level encryption, and secure coding practices. • Exposure to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), FinTech, or Compliance SaaS products is preferred.
