Full-Stack Developer (AI workflows & platform, on-site)

Having secured investment to scale across key markets, we are looking for experienced technical talent to join us and build industry-changing technology together.The RoleThe Full-Stack AI Engineer will work on developing responsive web platforms for communication between the robot and the user, with a strong focus on embedding agentic AI capabilities into our systems. This will mean discussions with stakeholders to define software requirements, planning projects to deliver proposed software solutions, and executing these projects.This role will run in parallel to the other engineer roles. Collaboration across all staff is required with other software-based disciplines as well as mechanical and electronics engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications and autonomous AI agent workflows. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. This position is on-site at our Tallinn office.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum 5 years of professional software development experienceMinimum 5 years of JavaScript and specifically React.js/TypeScript framework experienceProven competence in Agentic AI architectures (e.g., tool-calling LLMs, autonomous task loops, multi-agent frameworks, and workflow automation)Extensive experience with REST API frameworks, microservices architecture, and backend development in Python 3 (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)Ability to create reusable and modular UI componentsProficiency in state management using hooks (useState, useEffect) and context APIExperience with handling event bubbling in front-end heavy applicationsExperience in drawing and mapping libraries like Google Maps API and OpenLayers APIDesirable Skills & AbilitiesExperience with responsive web design and use of design libraries like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS or AntDesignDemonstrated experience in designing scalable systems and working with Docker and containerized infrastructureExperience in handling end-to-end product development including infrastructure, front-end, back-end services, and AI agent integrationAbility to work with different stakeholders and interested in taking a customer-first and behavior-driven approach to product development
