Full Stack Developer

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. This role will work across both frontend and backend technologies, collaborating closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to build secure, reliable, and user-centric software solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about software engineering, embraces modern development practices, and thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment. The candidate should have strong expertise in either React.js or Vue.js for frontend development and either Java (Spring Boot) or Golang for backend development while being comfortable working across the full application stack.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applicationsusing modern frontend and backend technologies.Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces usingReact.js or Vue.js.Develop secure, efficient, and maintainable backend services usingJava (Spring Boot) or Golang.Design and implement RESTful APIs that support seamlesscommunication between frontend applications and backend services.Build and maintain scalable microservices while ensuring reliability,performance, and fault tolerance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, QA,and DevOps throughout the software development lifecycle.Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code followingsoftware engineering best practices.Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsivenessacross multiple platforms and devices.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technicaldesign decisions.Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases for performance,integrity, and scalability.Implement automated testing and participate in code reviews toensure high code quality.Build, deploy, and maintain applications using CI/CD pipelines andcontainerized environments.Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, andcontinuously improve system reliability.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development practices and architecture.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.Frontend: React.js or Vue.js.Backend: Java (Spring Boot) or Golang.Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases.Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Preferred QualificationsExperience developing distributed systems using MicroservicesArchitecture.Experience deploying cloud-native applications.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, MicrosoftAzure, or Google Cloud Platform.Knowledge of application security best practices and secure codingprinciples.Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.Exposure to mobile-responsive or cross-platform applicationdevelopment.
