Within a large-scale AI Core programme, you'll connect and integrate around 130 AI agents into one coherent whole — one of the most ambitious AI initiatives in the Dutch pension sector. You make sure those agents talk to each other, work together, and deliver real value for more than 4.4 million participants.Where you'll landOur client is one of the largest pension administrators in Europe, with over €255 billion in assets under management. Within the Innovation & Research Datalab, you'll sit where strategy turns into working technology. No proofs-of-concept gathering dust — the team builds from start to finish and makes sure it lands across the organisation.You'll work on an in-house generative AI platform that powers smart digital colleagues, and on a search and text-mining platform built on Azure AI Search. The common thread: connecting agents, building integrations, and strengthening the technical foundation under AI Core.What you'll doWire AI agents together into a scalable, coherent ecosystemBuild integrations across platforms, data, and models within the Azure environmentWork with Snowflake as the beating heart of the data layerTranslate business challenges into clean, readable codeMove between data specialists and professionals across the organisationWhat you bringHard requirements:Very strong knowledge of Azure .NET this is a firm mustMinimum of 5 years' experience in software development, data engineering, and complex data infrastructureExperience with Azure Cognitive Search / Azure AI SearchExperience with SnowflakeKnowledge of MSPProven track record in multidisciplinary teams, from concept to implementationStrong plus:Experience with AI solutions and integrations (RAG, LLMs, Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry)Experience with N8N or similar low-code automationFull-stack foundation in C#, Angular, and PythonWho you areYou're entrepreneurial, independent-minded, and you seek out the problems no one else wants to touch.
