Based in Dubai, Global Gaming Ads partners with ambitious brands and agencies worldwide to achieve measurable and sustainable marketing results.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and internal tools that support campaign management, data analytics, and client-facing platforms. Daily responsibilities include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party systems, and optimizing application performance and security. The role involves collaborating closely with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, as well as participating in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the technology stack. The developer will also contribute to technical documentation and help ensure high reliability and maintainability across the entire application lifecycle.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production-ready web applications.Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar), RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL and/or NoSQL).Candidates should possess skills in version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD practices to support reliable deployment and collaborative development.Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a cross-functional, hybrid environment.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), security best practices, and data-heavy or marketing technology solutions is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
