Full Stack Developer

Indus Real Estate is looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience in the Dubai real estate industry to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites, CRM systems, and internal applications while supporting digital initiatives across our Sales, Leasing, Off-Plan, and Marketing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain responsive websites, web applications, and internal business systems.Build and maintain front-end interfaces, back-end services, and secure RESTful APIs.Develop and support integrations with CRM systems, property portals (such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle), and other third-party platforms.Maintain and optimize databases while ensuring data accuracy, security, and system performance.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure application reliability.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable digital solutions.Support website enhancements, landing pages, CRM improvements, and automation of business workflows.Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.Participate in testing, deployment, code reviews, and ongoing system maintenance.Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance business efficiency and user experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related IT field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably within the Dubai real estate industry, PropTech company, or real estate brokerage.Experience developing and maintaining real estate websites, CRM systems, or property management platforms.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Laravel (PHP), .NET, or Python.Strong knowledge of SQL databases and RESTful API development.Experience integrating with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, or similar real estate platforms is an advantage.Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.Opportunity to work on impactful digital transformation and PropTech initiatives.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Career growth and continuous learning opportunities.Access to corporate employee discount programs and partner offers, where applicable.Opportunity to contribute to one of Dubai's established real estate companies with over 20 years of industry experience.Why Join UsAt Indus Real Estate, technology plays an important role in delivering exceptional real estate experiences.
