As part of the core team, s/he will own the full life cycle of theprocess, team handling, deliverables, and reporting status to leadership. S/He will work closely with the TechnicalArchitect, Business Analyst, Product Owner, User Interaction Designers, and other Software Engineers to provide the bestsoftware solutions, while also handling technical/non-technical queries from the team and ensuring all development followsbest practice policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Design & Architecture Assist Software Designers/Implementers with the creation of detailed software design specifications. Participate in the review process for software architecture and system specifications to ensure requirements translateinto valid software architecture. Work on extremely complex, specialized technical problems and provide highly innovative yet practical solutions. Integrate internal and external product design into a cohesive user experience. Maintain a strong understanding of Micro-Front-Ends (MFE) and Microservices Architecture.Agile & Scrum Leadership Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand-ups. Own project reporting - dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, burn-down charts, velocity, and resource utilization. Facilitate discussion, decision-making, conflict resolution, and alternative approaches within the team.Team Leadership & Project Management Work with teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline, and scope. Make the tough calls and act as a voice of reason and authority. Lead the team toward self-organization and cross-functional collaboration. Be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and escalate them to management.Development & Engineering Design, implement, unit test, and build enterprise-class applications using React, C#, .NET Core, .NET 8, Python,Azure, Agentic AI & Microsoft Copilot, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, and GitHubCopilot. Participate as a team member in design, review, and planning meetings, and track metrics on software performance. Design, develop, and maintain web applications, APIs, and/or microservices in accordance with industry best practicesusing agile/scrum methodology. Create performant database applications following database best practices and writing efficient SQL queries. Partner with core engineering teams to build and integrate shared components. Develop and administer CI/CD pipelines in cloud-hosted Git repositories, and manage source control in alignment withcommon branching strategies. Participate in technical and non-technical reviews such as pull requests and change control in a collaborative manner.Operations & Support Partner with the customer success team to triage and troubleshoot customer support issues across softwarecomponents, infrastructure, integrations, and services, some targeting 24/7/365 availability. Ensure services and systems are observable, performant, and highly available. Monitor site traffic and error logs to ensure system stability, and ensure software/infrastructure is operated per securitybest practices.Administrative Duties Engage in professional development opportunities and share knowledge with the team. Stay up to date with industry and institutional trends and best practices. Become familiar with research administration to help streamline supporting business processes.Required Skills✓ 6+ years of experience in .NET Core/.NET 8, React, Azure, SQL - full stack technology projects.✓ BTech or MTech in Computer Science.✓ Extensive delivery experience in product/application development using Microsoft technologies.✓ Sound knowledge of SOLID principles and industry best practices using Microsoft technologies.✓ Hands-on experience in development and automated unit testing on .NET Core/.NET 8 & C#, Microservices, RESTfulservices/Web API, React, React Native, Redux, Material & Bootstrap, Agentic AI, and Microsoft Copilot.✓ Extensive experience in database design and Continuous Integration (TFS, GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.).✓ Expert-level knowledge of DevOps and Azure - web app services, databases, storage, AKS, Docker, containers,Redis, VMs, CDN, App Insights, Function Apps, Service Bus, etc.✓ Knowledge of Supply Chain domain concepts.✓ Experience handling multi-shore projects / product development initiatives.✓ Good communication skills in English and strong technical documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications★ Advocate of SDLC models such as Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and Kanban.★ Strong balance of practical implementation and theoretical knowledge of Agile delivery models.★ Understanding of the fundamentals of iterative development; highly process-driven.★ High ethics, values, and principles to work in a multi-cultural environment.★ Ability to translate abstract concepts into technical solutions based on Microsoft technologies that meet businessneeds.★ Superior troubleshooting ability, strong analytical skills, and drive for results.★ Experience with .NET-based development: C#, .NET 8/.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, ETL, and web/mobileskills using TypeScript, CSS & SCSS.Skills: microservices,react,azure,sql,database design,.net core,devops
