Job involves software engineering responsibilities in CAD / CAE domain such as understanding the requirement, design and develop the solution, problem debugging and analysis, testing the developed components/models and pushing the tested module to the version-controlled environment (GitHub).Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements, showcasing empathy and advocating for user-centric software solutions Assess the requirements of the software application or service and determine the most suitable technology stack, integration method, deployment strategy, etc. Create high-level software architecture designs that outline the overall structure, components, and interfaces of the application Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, policies and processes in line with organization vision, industry regulations and market best practices. Familiar with programming practices, such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery Support security practices to safeguard user data including encryption and anonymization. Develop and maintain back-end applications like APIs and microservices using server-side languages Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities to deliver their solutions, and are monitoring and participating in solutions for new stack layers, often involving industry collaborationJob RequirementsDetails:Skills RequiredGCP Cloud Run, PostgreSQL, Angular, Spring Boot, MySQL, Oracle, REST APIs, Java, JiraSkills PreferredKAFKA, Testing Methodologies, Artificial Intelligence & Expert SystemsExperience Required5+ years of experience of utilizing Java full stack to design scalable web applications by leveraging microservices architecture and APIGEE / RESTful APIs. 3+ years of experience of utilizing Angular to create user friendly front-end and enable real-time data updates in the web application user interface.' Minimum 5+ SQL / Oracle database experience or PostGres Google Cloud Platform (GCP) development (Cloud Run, Pub Sub, GCS Bucket) and deployment experience Strong in functional, integration and regression testing manually and automatically Experience working complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data in relational database Familiarity with GitHub or equivalent source control repositories Experience with test-driven development practices Experience troubleshooting application and performance issues.
