Full Stack Developer

Job PurposeWe are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our technology team and contribute to building, maintaining, and scaling BirdNest’s web applications and digital platforms. The role will be responsible for developing both front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end.Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Next.js.Develop server-side applications and APIs using Node.js.Design, develop, and maintain databases using MongoDB.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Work closely with Product, Design, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues.Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application quality and stability.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and processes.Ensure applications follow appropriate security and performance best practices.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for improving BirdNest’s technology stack.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.Strong experience with Node.js.Strong experience with React.js.Hands-on experience with Next.js.Solid experience working with MongoDB and database design.Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.Good understanding of front-end development principles, responsive design, and web performance.Understanding of Git and version control systems.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and teamwork skills..
