Full Stack DeveloperTaggy | Full-timeWorking hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm About Taggy Taggy is building the future of fashion resale in the UAE—a modern, service-led experience that makes buying and selling effortless, enjoyable and trustworthy. We’re looking for someone who shares our attention to detail and can help bring that experience to life through exceptional technology. About the roleWe’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Full Stack Developer with experience in iOS, Android and marketplace platforms. This is a hands-on role that combines development with technical ownership. You’ll work closely with our team and existing freelancers to execute Taggy’s vision, improve our platform and deliver a seamless experience for our customers. You’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring structure to competing requirements and help the team prioritise what needs to happen next. Beyond completing development tasks, you’ll be expected to understand the wider customer journey, spot gaps and take ownership of getting the details right. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain our platform. Build and improve Taggy’s iOS and Android applications, website, back-end systems, APIs and integrations, ensuring they are secure, reliable and ready to scale. Work closely with our freelancers. Coordinate development work, clarify requirements, review technical output and ensure everyone is working towards the same priorities and quality standards. Help prioritise team requirements. Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear, actionable tasks. Work with our Project Manager and wider team to maintain an organised backlog, identify dependencies and prioritise improvements based on customer impact, urgency and development effort. Own the quality of the customer experience. Review and refine the full buyer and seller journey—from onboarding and listings to discovery, checkout and order management. Identify friction, inconsistencies and bugs, and work proactively to resolve them. Deliver at pace without compromising quality. Set realistic timelines, communicate blockers early and keep tasks moving. Thoroughly test changes across devices and operating systems in appropriate test environments before releasing them to customers. Keep communication and releases organised. Maintain clear documentation and up-to-date project tasks. Ensure the team knows what is being developed, what is ready for testing and when updates are going live, with monitoring after release. What we’re looking for Proven full stack development experience, with strong front-end and back-end skills, including APIs, databases and third-party integrations. Hands-on iOS and Android experience, including developing, testing, releasing and maintaining mobile applications. Marketplace experience, with a strong understanding of buyer and seller journeys, product listings, payments and order workflows. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. You can turn a busy pipeline of requests into a clear delivery plan and explain the trade-offs behind your recommendations. Experience collaborating with freelancers or external development teams. You can provide clear technical direction, review work constructively and hold delivery to agreed standards. A proactive, customer-focused approach. You move quickly, communicate clearly and take responsibility for outcomes—not just assigned tasks. You notice when something is confusing, inconsistent or not working as it should, and act on it. What success looks like Development is organised, priorities are clear and our internal team and freelancers are aligned. Updates are delivered reliably, thoroughly tested and communicated before release. Most importantly, customers can buy and sell with confidence through an experience that feels simple, intuitive and unmistakably Taggy. How to apply Please share your CV, cover letter, salary expectation and examples of mobile applications or marketplace platforms you’ve worked on. Include your technology stack, your contribution to each project, and your experience working with external developers or freelancers. All applications can be sent to hello@taggy.ae prior to the 10 September 2026.
