The company’s mission is to bridge the gap between business objectives and cutting-edge technology through smart automation and scalable systems.Role Description The Full Stack Developer role at Allif.Tech is a full-time, on-site position based in Mogadishu. In this role, the developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, working across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through testing and reviews. The developer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including supporting AI-driven and data-intensive features. The role also involves maintaining documentation, participating in architecture discussions, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.Qualifications Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready applications.Proficiency in Front-End Development, including JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.Experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and integration with databases.Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows, including CI/CD and automated testing.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and document code and systems effectively.Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, or microservices architectures is an advantage.Experience or interest in AI integrations, data-driven applications, or RAG-based systems is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
