We move fast, care about craft, and build products that real businesses rely on every day.About the RoleWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience building production-grade applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and Next.js. This is a hybrid role based out of our Gurgaon office — candidates must be located in or around Gurgaon (non-negotiable).You are expected to handle clients' projects independently, without hand-holding — owning requirement understanding, execution, and delivery end-to-end.Skills — Must Have MongoDB RestAPIs Next.js TypeScript Git Node.js 3–4 years of professional full stack development experienceStrong hands-on experience with Node.js and MongoDB (must-have, non-negotiable)Working proficiency with Next.js for building frontend/full stack applicationsTypeScript as a default for writing codeExperience designing and consuming REST APIsExperience implementing authentication/authorization (JWT or similar)Experience with database schema design, queries, and indexingExperience with Git and standard development toolingGood to HaveFamiliarity with TSOA for API developmentUnderstanding of financial/business workflows — sales orders, invoicing, shipments, purchase ordersBasic understanding of accounting entries (debit/credit, ledgers)Exposure to ERP, SaaS, or B2B product environmentsExperience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or similar)Knowledge of web performance optimisation
