What will this need to become six months from now? How do we build it fast today without creating problems tomorrow?This is an onsite role in Pune. You’ll work closely with the founder and product team, with significant ownership over how the product gets built.What You'll DoBuild and ship core CWA product features across frontend, backend, APIs, data and AI workflows.Work directly with the founder on product and technical direction.Convert rough product ideas into thoughtful, scalable implementations.Build systems around advertising data, analytics, signals, recommendations and decision tracking.Design integrations with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Slack, Teams, email, ClickUp/Asana and other business tools.Work with LLMs, agents, structured outputs, retrieval and AI-assisted workflows.Think through architecture, edge cases, data quality, permissions, performance and reliability.Identify technical problems before they become bottlenecks.Turn repeated workflows into reusable systems instead of repeatedly patching features.Use modern AI development tools to improve development speed.Own features from idea → architecture → implementation → deployment → monitoring.What We're Looking ForYou should be someone who:Has strong full-stack development fundamentals.Can independently understand a business problem and propose the technical solution.Thinks beyond the immediate ticket.Understands APIs, databases, backend architecture and modern frontend development.Is comfortable working with large amounts of third-party data.Has experience building SaaS products.Understands or is excited to deeply learn AI/LLM application development.Can move quickly without writing disposable code.Knows when to engineer for scale and when to keep things simple.Communicates clearly about technical trade-offs.Is naturally curious about new technologies and constantly experiments with better ways to build.The Mindset We Care AboutA normal developer says:“Tell me exactly what needs to be built.”A strong developer says:“I understand what you want.
