Full Stack Developer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Daily responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, implementing server-side logic, integrating databases and APIs, and ensuring application performance and security. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and participating in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts. The developer will also help optimize existing systems and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.QualificationsProficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining end-to-end web applications.Solid Front-End Development skills, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.Strong Back-End Web Development capabilities, including server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database integration.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and debugging techniques.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in business solutions, consulting environments, or people-focused platforms is a plus.Full-Stack Developer (React / Node.js)Experience 5+ yearsPrimary focus Full-stack, not split frontend / backendCore stack React with TypeScript, Node.js with TypeScriptMongoDB, Express.js, AI coding tools (Claude)Bonus only .NET / C# CodebaseCI/CD to production; code review required
