Technical SkillsFrontend:- React, Vite, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS- Modern dashboard UI development- REST API integration- Real-time UI updates and streaming responses- Responsive and user-friendly enterprise application designBackend:- Python, Fast API, REST API development- Node.js / Express.js is a plus- MySQL / relational database design- SQL queries, schema design, and data modeling- Background jobs, data processing, and integration services- Agentic AI and AutomationIntegration:- API integration with monitoring, ITSM, CMDB, BCM, and knowledge systems- Data normalization and correlation logic- JSON-based data processing- Authentication and authorization concepts (Single-Sign-ON services)DevOps:- Git / GitLab / Azure DevOps- Docker / containerized application development- Red Hat OpenShift deployment knowledge is preferred- Environment configuration and application troubleshootingGeneral:- BS degree in Computer Science- Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work with operational data- Ability to document technical work clearly- Experience in enterprise IT, monitoring, service management, or AIOps is preferred
