Full Stack Developer

Kashmir Wala Group is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of developing, maintaining, and improving our web applications and digital platforms.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end development, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performing web solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain responsive web applications and websites.Build and enhance both front-end and back-end functionality.Design and integrate APIs and third-party services.Develop and manage databases and ensure data integrity.Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.Optimize websites and applications for speed, security, and performance.Manage website hosting, deployment, domains, SSL, and server-related requirements.Integrate payment gateways, forms, APIs, and other business tools where required.Maintain existing applications and implement new features based on business requirements.Work closely with management and other teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.Maintain proper documentation and version control.TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSStrong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.Strong backend development experience using PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Python/Django, or equivalent.Good knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.Good understanding of Git/GitHub and version control.Experience with website hosting, deployment, DNS, SSL, and server environments.Strong understanding of web security and performance optimization.Experience with WordPress/CMS is an advantage.Knowledge of SEO and Google Search Console is an added advantage.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.3–5 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Must be willing to work on-site.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a developer who can think beyond individual tasks, understand business requirements, and take ownership of complete web solutions — from development and database management to deployment and ongoing optimization.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERKashmir Wala Group is committed to providing equal employment opportunities.
