The team of experienced industry specialists works as a partner to clients, prioritizing customer success and long-term brand visibility.Role Description The Full Stack Developer will work on-site in Delhi, India in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications that support RadiantBiz’s business setup and consulting services. Day-to-day responsibilities include building responsive front-end interfaces, implementing secure and scalable back-end APIs, integrating third-party services, and optimizing application performance. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, maintaining code quality through testing and reviews, and supporting deployment and troubleshooting of production systems. The developer will also contribute to continuous improvement of the technology stack, documentation, and development processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building end-to-end web applications.Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including work with server-side languages, frameworks, and RESTful API design.Relevant experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (Git), and modern build/deployment tools.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.Experience in fintech, consulting, or business services domains is an advantage.Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business-oriented solutions.
