AROSA LTD is looking for Full Stack DeveloperJob Description / ResponsibilityDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web & Desktop applications.Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.Build secure and efficient backend services and APIs.Integrate third-party APIs and databases.Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.Collaborate with team members throughout the software development lifecycle.Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and reusable code following industry best practices.Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and deliver high-quality software within deadlines.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Additional RequirementsHands-on experience in Full Stack Web & Desktop Application Development.Strong proficiency inReact.js or Angular, Node.js, Express.js, Python & Django.Experience with modern CSS frameworks and UI libraries such as: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap etc.Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL & MongoDB.Experience in developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs.Strong understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend performance optimization.Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Experience of using AI tools to accelerate software development lifecycles.Job LocationDhaka (DOHS Mohakhali)
