Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer / Helpdesk Engineer to support software development, web application maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations. The role combines software engineering and technical support responsibilities, requiring strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work across applications, systems, and user environments.Full Stack Development responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications across both frontend and backend components. The role involves building responsive user interfaces, developing server-side applications and APIs, integrating databases and third-party services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring secure and reliable software solutions.Helpdesk responsibilities include responding to technical support requests, diagnosing hardware, software, network, and application issues, and providing timely solutions to users. The role also involves managing user accounts, system configurations, IT assets, software installations, access permissions, and support documentation. Responsibilities may include assisting with system upgrades, deployments, security updates, and IT infrastructure improvements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of software development, web technologies, IT systems, and technical support principles.Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar.Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.Understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side technologies.Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, Git, version control, testing, and CI/CD practices.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and basic networking.Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, and common troubleshooting procedures.Understanding of user account management, IT security, system maintenance, and helpdesk or ticketing systems.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to users and technical teams.Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple technical tasks.Proactive mindset with an interest in software development, IT support, automation, and continuous improvement.
