Full Stack Developer Intern (Django & React.js)

We're an AWS partner with Financial Services Competency, Data Analytics Competency, and Well-Architected Partner status.About The RoleYou'll build real web applications end to end, with Django powering the backend and React powering rich, data-driven interfaces. You'll work with experienced engineers on live client projects.What You'll DoDevelop, test, and deploy web applications using Django and React.js (Next.js and TypeScript a plus).Build responsive, reusable UI components and dashboards that handle real-time or large datasets.Design and consume RESTful APIs between the React frontend and the Django backend.Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including schema design and queries.Improve application performance through debugging, profiling, and optimization.Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers in an Agile team using Git and Jira.Assist with Docker-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS deployments.RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.Hands-on experience with Django (Django REST Framework preferred) and React.js through internships or projects.Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful API design.Experience building at least one full-stack project with a database and a deployed or demo-ready version.Comfortable with Git and version control workflows.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice to HaveTypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Redux Toolkit.SQL and database design experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL).Docker and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).Exposure to AWS.A dashboard or data-visualization project.Projects that integrate AI/LLM APIs.Prior internship experience, a GitHub profile with deployed projects, or hackathon participation.
