As a Full Stack Developer, you own features end-to-end, from the data model and API to the interface a notary uses to get real work done.You will work close to the product: turning complex legal workflows into software that is fast, intuitive, and trustworthy. Java and Spring Boot are your backend home. On the frontend, you build clean, responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript. You care as much about a well-designed API as you do about a UI that feels effortless.You will help shape not just individual features, but how we build them.What You Will DoDesign and ship product features across the full stack, from database to UI.Build robust backend services and APIs in Java / Spring Boot.Build clean, responsive, accessible frontends with React and TypeScript.Model data and write efficient queries in PostgreSQL.Collaborate closely with product, the AI team, and former legal professionals to translate real workflows into software.Contribute to code reviews, testing standards, and architecture decisions — and help us build systems that scale.Tech StackBackend Java 21+, Spring Boot / Data / Security, PostgreSQL, Hibernate / jOOQ, RedisFrontend React 19 (SPA) & TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Azure AD authentication (MSAL)Infrastructure Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, GitHub Actions, TerraformObservability OpenTelemetry, Prometheus / Grafana, structured logging & tracingNice to Have Kafka / RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch / OpenSearchWhat You Will Bring3+ years building and shipping production web applications end-to-end.Strong backend skills in Java (Spring Boot): You are comfortable designing APIs and services.Strong frontend skills in React and TypeScript: You build interfaces that are clean, responsive, and maintainable.PostgreSQL knowledge: data modeling, query optimization, transactions, migrations.Solid REST API design sense, and a grasp of distributed systems fundamentals: retries, idempotency, async processing.A security mindset: OAuth2/OIDC, Azure AD, OWASP principles, privacy-by-design.Strong testing and CI/CD culture: You write tests and hold a high quality bar.Product sense: You think about the user, not just the ticket.Excellent written and spoken English.Nice to HaveExperience in regulated industries — Legal Tech, FinTech, HealthTech, or similar. You understand what compliance-aware engineering looks like in practice. Candidates with this background are strongly preferred.Experience integrating AI / LLM-powered features into products.Event-driven architecture experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ).German language skills: Useful for working close to our users and their workflows.Russian language skills: Genuinely useful given parts of our team, but not required.
