The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the MERN Stack, Next.js, and React Native, with the ability to work across both frontend and backend development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using the MERN Stack and Next.js.Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and server-side functionality.Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.Work with MongoDB and ensure efficient database design and management.Convert UI and business requirements into functional web and mobile applications.Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code.Debug, test, troubleshoot, and optimize applications across web and mobile platforms.Collaborate with the owner, developers, designers, and other team members to deliver projects on time.Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLSFrontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive web development.Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, authentication, authorization, API integration.Database: MongoDB, database design and optimization.Mobile: React Native, cross-platform mobile application development, mobile API integration.Development Tools: Git, GitHub, npm, debugging and testing tools.QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCEEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
