Full-Stack Developer (.NET & Angular)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (.NET & Angular) to join our development team and contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across backend development using .NET/C# and frontend development using Angular/TypeScript, with exposure to microservices, databases, containerized environments, CI/CD, and modern software-development practices.Language Preference: Priority will be given to Arabic-speaking candidates, particularly where Arabic communication is required for client-facing or government-sector projects. Strong English communication is also required.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain REST APIs and microservices using .NET / ASP.NET Core.Build scalable and maintainable solutions using clean architecture and software-design best practices.Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using Angular and TypeScript.Design and optimize SQL Server databases and data-access layers.Work with messaging and event-driven technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.Implement caching and performance-optimization techniques.Apply secure coding practices including authentication, authorization, validation, and data protection.Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release activities, and deployment processes.Work closely with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Business Analysis, and project teams.Troubleshoot technical issues and support continuous improvement of applications.Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.Required SkillsStrong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.Good knowledge of SQL Server and familiarity with NoSQL databases.Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.Good understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and design patterns.Experience with Git and modern branching strategies.Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.Experience with Docker.Knowledge of unit, integration, and frontend testing.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and collaboration skills in English; Arabic language capability is strongly preferred.Preferred / Nice to HaveKubernetes experience.Redis or similar caching technologies.Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.Azure, AWS, or GCP experience.API Gateway technologies such as Azure API Management or Ocelot.Monitoring tools such as ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets.Micro-frontends or modular frontend architecture.Previous experience with toll management systems.Experience working on government-sector, regulated, or enterprise projects.Experience & ExpectationsTypically 5+ years of professional software-development experience, or equivalent demonstrated capability.Proven experience delivering production-grade applications.Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.Ability to take end-to-end ownership of assigned features and technical deliverables.Ability to lead technical design discussions, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices.
