Designed and manufactured in Egypt, LifeBox supports sustainability, industrial localization, and economic growth while improving access to essential resources in underserved areas.About The RoleWe're looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer o play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the software solutions that power NoorNation's IoT products and digital platforms. This role is responsible for building reliable backend services, web applications, and mobile solutions that enable seamless communication between users, connected devices, and cloud systems.Working as part of a multidisciplinary Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with Embedded, Hardware, Product, Agriculture, and Testing teams to develop integrated solutions that support the complete product lifecycle from concept and development to deployment and continuous improvement.ResposibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend services and APIs supporting digital products and IoT solutionsDevelop and maintain web and mobile applications with a focus on usability, performance, and reliabilityIntegrate applications with databases, third-party services, cloud platforms, and IoT devicesSupport IoT platform integration, including device data processing, monitoring, dashboards, and remote management featuresParticipate across the software development lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through deployment and continuous improvementCollaborate with Embedded, Hardware, Product, Agriculture, and Testing teams to deliver integrated product solutionsPerform software testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization while following engineering best practicesMaintain technical documentation and communicate development progress, technical challenges, risks, and recommendationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field1-3 years of proven experience in Full-Stack or Software DevelopmentStrong experience in backend development, RESTful APIs, and database-driven applicationsHands-on experience developing web applications using modern frontend technologiesExperience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and integrating third-party APIs and servicesFamiliarity with cloud platforms, Git, version control, and modern software development workflowsKnowledge of mobile application development and IoT/cloud integration is considered an advantageStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesAbility to manage multiple development tasks while maintaining code quality, performance, and reliabilityGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teamsBenefitsCompetitive salary packageSocial insurance coveragePrivate medical insurance coveragePerformance-based salary reviews and increasesClear career growth and promotion opportunities based on performance and KPIsLearning, training, and professional development opportunities
