We need someone who can take a product idea from a rough brief to a working, shippable app, write code that holds up when 200 things go wrong at once, and use AI tools as a force-multiplier rather than a crutch.The RoleThis is a full-time position based in Mumbai. You'll work closely with the core team, take end-to-end ownership of deliverables, and get real exposure to modern platforms and AI workflows.What You'll DoProduct & App Development (70%)Build full-stack features end-to-end – frontend (React), backend (Node), database, deploymentTurn a one-paragraph brief into a working product decision, not just codeDesign for edge cases by default: bad inputs, empty states, race conditions, failed API calls, scaleOwn architecture choices for tools you build – not just execute a spec handed to youShip, monitor, and iterate – you don't disappear after the first deployFigure out what you don't know on the way – new framework, new integration, new platform, no hand-holdingAI-Native Build Workflow (30%)Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to move fast – but review every line like you wrote it yourselfKnow where AI-generated code breaks – hallucinated APIs, missed edge cases, silent logic errors – and catch it before it shipsPrototype quickly using AI for scaffolding, then harden manually for productionBring new AI-assisted dev tools and workflows to the team as they emergeLearn and work on Webflow, Framer, or similar modern platformsBuild landing pages for GTM and outbound campaignsIntegrate third-party tools – forms, CRMs, analytics, and tracking pixelsExperiment with AI-assisted design and build tools (Relume, Durable, etc.)What We're Looking ForMust-Have:2+ years of hands-on experience building real applications (not just coursework or clones)Strong with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js – can build a full feature without hand-holdingComfortable with databases (SQL or NoSQL), REST/API design, and deployment (Vercel, Railway, AWS, etc.)Actively uses AI coding tools in daily work – and can explain what they double-check vs. trustDemonstrated edge-case thinking – can describe how they've broken or stress-tested their own codeA figure-it-out streak – evidence you've picked up a new tool, framework, or platform on your own and shipped with itCan show 2–3 real, live, or deployed projects – not just GitHub repos with no usersGood to Have:Basic product sense – has opinions on UX, not just implementationPrior experience in a small team/startup where you owned a feature outrightExposure to no-code/low-code or modern site builders (Webflow, Framer)About BriskFabBriskFab is a GTM advisory and growth execution firm helping B2B tech companies build high-performance sales and marketing engines.
