Job CircularPosition: Full Stack Developer (React and Java) Employment Type: PermanentLocation: Kawran Bazar, DhakaKey Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using React.js for the front end and Java for the back end.Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.Work with frameworks such as Spring Boot and related Java technologies.Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient front-end components.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Design and work with relational and/or non-relational databases.Write clean, secure, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.Work with version control systems such as Git.Support application deployment, maintenance, and production issue resolution.Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.TypeScript is a must.Pknowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP is a plusPrevious experience with Kafka (or similar tools) is a plusStrong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with TypeScript.Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Experience working with enterprise-level or large-scale applications.What we offer:Salary & CompensationSalary: Negotiable (Based on experience and skill level)BenefitsWeekly 2 holidays (Friday, Saturday) Partially subsidized lunch2 Festival bonusesYearly salary reviewTea/coffee and evening snacksCelebrations (Milestones, Birthdays, Festivals)
