Our teams focus on strong engineering fundamentals, clean architecture, and reliable delivery.Why This Role ExistsTo build a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS application from the ground up, we need an experienced Full Stack Developer who can take complete ownership of features from start to finish. This is not a "code-only" role. You will work closely with stakeholders, drive key technical decisions, and help shape a secure, reliable, and scalable SaaS architecture that can grow with our customers.What You Will DoTake end-to-end ownership of features, from requirement discussions and technical planning to development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.Actively engage with all stakeholders (project managers, designers, QA, business teams, and clients) to understand requirements, clarify gaps, and give regular progress updates.Build responsive, high-performance SaaS user interfaces using React.js, including dashboards, admin panels, and role-based views.Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.jsArchitect and implement core SaaS capabilities such as multi-tenancy, role-based access control (RBAC), user and organization management, and subscription billingDrive system architecture decisions, including service design, tenant data isolation, data flow, caching, queues, and integrationsDesign tenant-aware database schemas and write efficient, optimized queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or MongoDB)Integrate third-party services such as payment and subscription gateways, SSO/authentication, email/SMS, webhooks, and cloud storage.Proactively identify risks, blockers, and technical debt, and propose practical solutions.Set coding standards, lead code reviews, and mentor junior developersEnsure application security, performance, uptime, and scalability as the user base growsWhat We Are Looking ForMust-Have QualitiesEnd-to-end ownership: you treat the product as your own and see tasks through to completion without constant follow-upsActive stakeholder participation: comfortable joining client and internal discussions, asking the right questions, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical peopleCollaborative mindset: works well across teams, shares knowledge, gives and accepts feedback openlyMust-Have Skills4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years building SaaS productsProven experience working on complex architectures, such as multi-tenant systems, microservices, event-driven designs, or high-traffic platformsStrong understanding of SaaS fundamentals: multi-tenancy, RBAC, subscription and billing flows, usage limits, and tenant data isolationStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Hooks, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for building REST APIsStrong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), including schema design and query optimizationExperience with caching and queuing tools such as Redis, RabbitMQ, or KafkaGood understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks, and responsive designExperience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0, SSO, role-based access)Solid understanding of application security best practices (OWASP, data encryption, secure API design)Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews)Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate UIGood-to-Have (Add-On)DevOps knowledge: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, server setup, environment management, and monitoringHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOceanExperience with Next.js or TypeScriptExperience with subscription billing platforms (Stripe Billing, Razorpay Subscriptions, Chargebee)Experience with automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)Exposure to compliance standards such as GDPR or SOC 2What We OfferReal ownership in building a SaaS product from scratchDirect exposure to stakeholders and decision-makingOpportunity to influence product architecture and technical directionModern engineering practices and toolsClear growth path toward Tech Lead or Solution Architect roles
