Full Stack Developer Trainer & Mentor

Job Title: Full Stack Developer Trainer & Mentor (Onsite)*Experience:* 1-2 years OR Fresh Graduate with a full capstone built single-handedly*Location: Dubai.*Type:* Full-time, Onsite OnlyWe are not looking for just a coding instructor. We need an onsite mentor who can guide students beyond code.*Your Role as a Mentor:*- Be present onsite to mentor, motivate, and guide students daily- Teach Full Stack Development (Frontend, Backend, Database, Git, Deployment) in a simple, practical way- Mentor on real-world skills: how to think like a developer, solve problems, work in a team, build a portfolio- Review capstones, give 1-on-1 feedback, and help with career preparation (CV, GitHub, interviews)- Create a supportive learning environment, not just lectures*We Need Someone Who:*- Can code full stack (MERN / Python / similar) and has proof of work - portfolio is a must- Has done a complete project alone from idea to deployment (if fresher)- Is patient, good at explaining, and genuinely likes helping others grow- Is available *onsite every day* - this is a mentorship role, not online classes- Has good communication- AI / ML knowledge - can guide students on integrating AI into their apps
