Full Stack Developer / Web Developer

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer / Web Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize modern web applications and digital solutions. This role combines frontend and backend development, database integration, API development, system testing, and performance optimization to deliver reliable and user-friendly web experiences.The Full Stack Developer will work across the application stack, developing responsive interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, and supporting infrastructure. You will translate functional requirements into technical solutions, integrate frontend and backend components, troubleshoot application issues, and contribute to scalable and maintainable software architecture.The Web Developer will build and maintain websites and web-based applications, ensuring strong usability, functionality, compatibility, and performance across different devices and browsers. You will collaborate with designers, product teams, QA, and other developers to implement features, resolve technical issues, and improve existing applications.Both roles require strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. You will contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, security improvements, deployment processes, performance optimization, and continuous improvement while keeping up with modern web technologies and development practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of web development principles, software architecture, programming, and application lifecycle processes.Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks.Knowledge of backend programming languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar technologies.Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, authentication, system integration, and application security.Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, SQL, data modeling, and database optimization.Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and web performance principles.Familiarity with Git, version control, code review processes, and collaborative development workflows.Ability to debug, test, troubleshoot, and optimize web applications and software components.Knowledge of cloud platforms, deployment processes, containers, or CI/CD practices is an advantage.Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Good communication and collaboration skills when working with developers, designers, QA, product teams, and business stakeholders.Proactive mindset with an interest in modern web technologies, software architecture, performance optimization, security, and continuous improvement.
