The organization’s long-term vision is to deliver impactful, employment-oriented education across India.Role Description The Full Stack Development Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in full stack development to undergraduate, postgraduate, and short-term program learners. This full-time, on-site role is based in Roorkee and includes planning and conducting lectures, labs, and workshops that cover front-end and back-end development, databases, and deployment practices. The faculty member will design and update course materials aligned with industry requirements, evaluate student performance through assignments and projects, and provide regular feedback and academic mentoring. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with other faculty to enhance the curriculum, integrating real-world case studies and tools, guiding students on portfolio-building and employability, and contributing to academic events such as hackathons, seminars, and guest sessions.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong full stack development skills, including proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).Candidates should possess skills in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and integration of web services, along with familiarity with version control tools such as Git.Candidates should possess knowledge of software development best practices, including testing, debugging, code review, and deployment on cloud or hosting platforms.Candidates should possess the ability to design and deliver structured learning content, create practical assignments and projects, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.Candidates should possess strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.Candidates should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; prior teaching or training experience in full stack development is highly desirable.Candidates should possess an industry-oriented mindset, openness to continuous upskilling, and the ability to collaborate with academic and industry partners.
