The organization’s long-term vision is to build a nationwide platform for future-skills education that contributes to the country’s development.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Development Faculty role based in Bhopal. The faculty member will deliver engaging lectures, practical labs, and workshops on full stack technologies, ensuring students gain hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development. Responsibilities include designing and updating course content, creating assignments and projects aligned with industry standards, and evaluating student performance through tests, presentations, and project reviews. The role involves mentoring learners, guiding them on career paths and portfolios, and collaborating with academic and industry partners to keep the curriculum current and relevant. The faculty member is also expected to participate in academic events, contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methods, and support placement-focused activities.Qualifications Solid foundation in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and responsive web design.Experience with back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar), RESTful APIs, and server-side frameworks.Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), data modeling, and integration between front-end and back-end systems.Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git), build and deployment pipelines, and basic cloud or hosting platforms.Ability to design structured course content, create assessments, and deliver clear, interactive classroom sessions.Strong communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills, with the ability to support diverse learner needs.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; teaching or corporate training experience is preferred.Familiarity with industry practices in full stack development, interest in future-skills education, and willingness to continuously upskill.
