Our founders have deep experience across AI, product and technology in theUS.The roleWe’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who wants to work at the intersection ofproduct, software and AI.You’ll own problems end to end.You might build a new product experience in React, design the backend behind it,integrate an external business system, build an AI agent that operates a workflow, orfigure out how to make the entire system reliable in production.Our core stack includes React, TypeScript and Node.js, but the problems we’resolving won’t always fit neatly into one stack.We care about engineers who can learn quickly, make good technical decisions andturn ambiguous problems into working products.What you’ll work onBuild the core Bundl OS product and experiencesBuild AI agents and AI employees that can take real actionsDesign business workflows and automationIntegrate POS, ERP , accounting, commerce and other business systemsBuild APIs, backend services and data infrastructureWork on real-time AI and voice infrastructureBuild local-first and cloud-connected softwareDevelop AI-powered search, insights and decision supportImprove reliability, observability and scalability of production systemsPrototype and ship new products from 0 → 1You’ll work across the stack rather than being limited to a single layer.The next problem could be a frontend experience, an agent workflow, an integration, adatabase design, a desktop application or production infrastructure.What we’re looking for2–4 years of professional software engineering experienceStrong React and Node.js experienceExperience building and shipping production softwareStrong fundamentals across frontend, backend, APIs and databasesHands-on experience building with AI / LLMsAbility to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a working productStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsGood product instinctsClear written and verbal communicationCuriosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologiesYou don’t need experience with every technology we use.We care more about what you’ve built, how you think and how quickly you canlearn.Good to haveAWS, Docker or KubernetesAI agents, RAG or workflow automationVoice AI, telephony or real-time systemsElectron or desktop applicationsProduction scaling and distributed systemsStartup or 0 → 1 experienceHow we workWe’re a small team working closely with the founders.You’ll have significant ownership and direct exposure to product, customers andtechnical decisions.We move quickly.
